Our fruit pies are made with fresh local fruit and a hand fluted butter crust. Crumb top, crust top, sometimes both. Crisps have a crumb top and no bottom crust. Our cream pies are made with a buttery graham or chocolate cookie crust, house made custard (not a pudding mix;)) and lightly sweetened whipped cream.
