Two Tier Wedding Cake Order Form

Please choose your cake sizes to accommodate the number of guests you are serving. Choose your cake flavors, fillings and icing. If you’re trying to make a cake from your favorite cupcake, go to the cupcakes page to see their description of cake, fillings and icings.
You must provide at least one image of how you might like your cake to look. This is necessary for our process to start designing your cake. Once you’ve placed your order, reply to your emailed receipt with an image. Please note that we do not do fondant work, if the decorations look like they’re made with a cookie cutter or sculpted, that is not a design we can make.
Once we’ve received your order and image we will give you a call to finalize the design. (If you place your order on the weekend, there may be a delay in us getting back to you as we’re often quite busy. Please don’t fret if you do not hear back from us right away.)
For safe travels of your wedding cake we will not be stacking your cake tiers. They will be boxed separately. Please plan with your caterer or skilled guests the stack your cake tiers.

After you’ve submitted this request form, please reply to your email receipt with images of what you’d like your cake to look like. (Please keep in mind we do not do fondant work. If the designs you like look like they’re made with a cookie cutter or sculpted, it is likely a design we cannot do.) You’re welcome to send images of cakes where you like the design as is, or we can create a custom design from different elements you like and perhaps maybe some detail or design from your dress. Depending on complexity of your design, the price may go up.
